At CNS, our platform is built on empowering community members to become leaders — to leverage their unique skills, training, and passion to create meaningful outdoor experiences for others. As part of our leadership team, you’ll have the freedom to design, operate, and lead your own programs, supported by access to CNS coaching and training tools to help you grow as an educator and community guide.
