- Pack Properly:
- Bring enough water, food, clothing, and essential gear for your activity.
- Consider a first aid kit, navigation tools, and communication devices.
- Check Equipment:
- Inspect gear before heading out to ensure everything is in working order.
- Dress Appropriately:
- Wear weather-appropriate clothing, including layers for changing conditions.
- Use sunscreen, sunglasses, and hats for sun protection.
- Stay Hydrated:
